Oh hi, my name is Nicole Kapnison but you can call me Nikle K. I am a born and raised restaurant girl, New Mexico living but always California dreaming. I am a health nut , workout guru, fashionista (when I want to be), and the most dog crazed person you will ever meet. By day, I own a restaurant (Nob Hill Bar and Grill) and I plan epic parties. By night and every other free moment, I am day dreaming my next cocktail or food recipe, taking pictures of food/drinks (or dogs), or drumming up some new restaurant concept or event, which may or may not ever happen.

I feel like I have never worked a day in my life because I truly love what I do, sounds so cliche, but seriously, my job rocks, even during the hard moments, I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I feel like the more you dream about something and put positive energy into it the more likely it is to happen.

I buy only organic. My favorite color is white. I love gummy bears (not the organic ones-shhh). I am picky and I know it and apologize in advance. I laugh at my own jokes, which I also think is hilarious in itself.

I don’t waste time or calories on bad drinks or food, ever, and neither should you. My recipes are easy, you don’t have to be a mixologist of chef to figure them out.
